✶ Dakini Day Lama Tsong Khapa Day Dec '18

✶☽ 2nd Dec ~> The last Dakini Day of 2018 comes before a New Sagittarius Moon on the 7th December, three weeks before Solstice and the longest night/day of the year (depending upon which hemisphere you are in). This dark moon, before Spirit Sun changes emphasis of Light on the 21st Dec, therefore compounds any need for rest, reflection and recuperation. Turning YINward for the next five days allows the feminine Yin's soulful cool earthy darkness to grow the more gentle qualities of wisdom, fairness and compassion.

✶☽As a glorious sky-dancing Goddess generously awakens loving kindness within every heartmind, the waning Moon in peaceful and social Libra harmoniously activates Spirit Sun in convivial and scholarly Sagittarius, for the Lights to concentrate the ‘higher mind’ to find emotional and spiritual balance through philosophy, culture and beauty. When the Dakini Moon is in airy Libra, partnerships get an ethical reset: hardened principles that make it difficult to relate can soften with an appreciation of what others may be going through. With a bright rational, this Dakini Goddess is civilised, always aware of the plight of others – especially with those she shares her life. This Moon is also conjunct Pallas Athena, accenting a powerful feminine warrior woman.
Before setting the intention with a New Sagittarius Moon, Sun AND Jupiter on the 7th, note forward moving Mercury can help to hone into certain subjects and sharpen one’s INsight.  Also worth bearing in mind is how Sun and New Moon will conjunct a part of the sky called the ‘Great Attractor’: be aware that intentions set at this New Moon can greatly magnetise.

✶☽Today is also an important day in our Tibetan Buddhist calendar: not only it is DAKINI day, with Sun and Moon in the last 'harmonious' aspect of a waning lunation, accenting the Sagittarian Guru wisdom because it is also Lama Tzongkhapa day, honouring the 14th Century founder of the Galugpa school of Tibetan Buddhism, to which both His Holiness, the Dalai Lama, and my late Lama, Venerable Lama Kirti Tsenshab Rinpoche belong.

And it’s also Hannuka – a festival of Light for Jewish friends! :))
πŸ™πŸŒ
This is certainly a wonderful time to go easy on oneself – and others – to socialise and be with friends, and to reflect upon this passing year whilst contemplating future plans in the upcoming year of the Earth Pig.
Wishing everyone a very happy Lama Tsong Khapa Dakini Day!

12:12:17 Dakini Day & Lama TzongKhapa day

✶☽ The last Dakini Day of 2017 comes before a New Sagittarius Moon on the 18th December (conjunct the Galactic centre); and Solstice, the longest night/day of the year (depending upon which hemisphere you are) is also just over a week away. A dark moon around the time Spirit Sun changes its emphasis of Light compounds the need for profound reflection – and rest (for the North). At Sol’s turning point on 21st December, seasons begin to change as the light again returns to Earth's North, and diminishes in the Southern hemisphere.
The next five days are known as ‘Great Yin’, when the feminine Yin's earthy darkness and comforting soul encourages within us all the gentle female qualities of understanding, fairness and compassion. The sensitive Goddess is aware of the plight of others. She radiates feminine principles which soften our hearts, all the while being able to remain cool and rational, to care for others who are suffering or in pain.
☼ ✶☽ A glorious sky dancing Red Goddess generously brings love, kindness to every heartmind. As the waning Moon in peaceful and social Libra, now harmoniously activates Spirit Sun in convivial and scholarly Sagittarius, for the Lights concentrate the ‘higher mind’ to find emotional and spiritual balance through philosophy, culture and beauty.
This is a wonderful time to be with friends, to reflect upon the passing year and contemplate future plans
☼ ✶☽ Today is also 'Lama Tsongkhapa day', one of the most important days of the Tibetan Galugpa tradition, celebrating its founder πŸ™☀️🌍
Wishing everyone a very happy Dakini Day!

πŸ”― Dakini Day! ~> 2nd May 2016 _/✿\_

πŸ”― Bright blessings on a darkening Moon from the compassionate Dakini Goddess, with Luna in Pisces. The Mayday Sun in Taurus is Earthy; while the Moon in the sign of the Fish is Water - and conjunct oceanic Neptune - so profound sensitivity (real or imagined) is magnified. Both Lights are therefore now receptive 'Yin' in nature, emphasizing wisdom, stability, and the flow of active healing through faith and devotion (to the intuitive Goddess within). Plus a fabulous 'Grand Earth Trine' helps to consolidate, recuperate and renew until June 7th. Connect now to the Sacred Feminine to learn how to forgive, help when called, be imaginative and soothe any frazzled senses.
πŸ”― A New Moon @17 Taurus on Friday 6th (19:29UT) marks the beginning of the Himalayan month of SakaDawa, or ‘Wesak’ as it is called other parts of Buddhist Asia, celebrating the birth, enlightenment and paranirvana of Gautama Sakyamuni Buddha. Throughout the upcoming lunation karma is multiplied 100x. Creating merit is to be encouraged! So take time during these next five days of the waning moon to free what needs to be cleared and prepare for a lunar cycle that honours the light within.

Dakini Day 8:8:8 ~> 9/8/8 ;)

8:8:8 - 9/8/'8' ~> This lunations' magical Dakini Day coincides with a numerological star gate: 8 is a number representing ‘Infinity’, associated with boundless courage, strength and stamina – qualities also associated the fixed fire sign Leo, as well as the Sacred Feminine.
ΰ₯_/\_ With Spirit Sun in fiery Leo, now joined by active Mars, and this summer’s beautiful Venus and Jupiter conjunction also accenting the power of love, the potential to stir the fire within is heightened. In Tantra, the element of fire is linked to a wisdom that helps one to realize loving kindness and compassion, as well as fully understand the meaning of emptiness and bliss.
ΰ₯_/\_ On Sunday Sol also makes a harmonious sextile to the waning Moon in airy Gemini, connecting to the Goddess (within), to fan the flames of fire in the belly, stir passion, motivation, and the drive to ignite (and maintain) a powerful internal enthusiasm which provides personal self-control and power.
ΰ₯_/\_ Bathe in Sun's rays for a few minutes and quickly energise inner-heat; or, if that is not possible, imagine the Love-Light and warmth of the Sun radiating into every cell of your being. Yogis and Yogini use several breathing meditations that assist kindling inner fire: by focusing upon the Hara, ((aka the DanTien), three fingers below your navel), one can touch base with a powerful source of creative energy. _/\_ Please only use these techniques if you have been taught them by qualified teachers. smile emoticon If you’re new to meditation, best focus upon long, calm and deep breaths and allow the rise and fall of the stomach to energize a natural feeling of greater potency. Most important is to allow time to perfect any asana, posture, or technique (which can take years wink emoticon ) heart emoticon With this Moon in Gemini, the intuitive Goddess helps to now overcome dualistic thinking about success and/or failure, rather the most important aspect of her wisdom is to be at one where we are and encourage playful creativity with a happy heart – in the present, at same time synthesising resent events and preparing for a glorious Leo New Moon on the 14th August. _/\_

♐ Dakini Day Valentine __/❤\__ ☼✶•*¨*•.¸¸❤✶

With the Red Moon Goddess now in Sagittarius ♐♐♐ her arrows of Love align directly with the centre of the galaxy to focus upon a strong sense of justice, freedom for all, and victory (in Love)!
This Dakini Moon highlights the humane vibration of the Valentine Sun in Aquarius, to now rise above profane and romantic love that adores hearts and flowers as shows of affection (though, granted, these are fun ;) ). The Aquarian Water Bearer has the discipline to take responsibility for others emotions, and with selfless love has the insight to see that love is a verb: to ‘be love’ is also part of raising the altruistic intention, wanting the world to be a better place, not just lovers and partners, but for everyone, the animals, birds and insects included.
Image is Goddess is Kurukulla (artist unknown), sometimes called Red Tara, beaming Love with the freshness of youth. Like Cupid or Eros, Kurukulle also has a bow to subjugate the target of affection with flowery arrows to make them fall in love!
❤ Happy Dakini Day!
Happy Valentine’s ! ❤

ΰ₯ Scorpio Dakini Moon ~ January 15th/16th 2015

_/\_This Capricorn lunation’s 'Dakini Day', when Spirit Sun makes the last major aspect in the form of the Sextile to the powerful Scorpio Moon, the (tantric) path of transform beckons as the means to liberation. When the waning Scorpio Dakini Moon conjuncts weighty but beauitful Saturn, planet of responsibility and discipline, this direction’s challenges are real and solid (relatively speaking ;) ). Confronting long-held fears can now bring certain karma to an end. Whether the karma ripening now is from this life’s causes and conditions may remain to be seen; there are many celestial factors currently at play which accent the realisation of the results of dedicated perseverance. Indeed, spiritual accomplishment can take many lifetimes. And as TimeLord Saturn in Sagittarius currently has the last say in present aspects - by way of planetary disposition - there’s reason to be optimistic about any work being achieved right now. Astral tip: The broader the view, the stronger and more meaningful the attainment.
