Aries-Libra ♈ ( ( (☾ ◯☽) ) ) ♎ LUNAR ECLIPSE ☩ CARDINAL CROSS

April 14/15th ~> KARMA Multiplied x 7 million (positive or negative)
• ♈  •( ( (☾ ◯☽) ) )• ♎ •
Aries-Libra LUNAR ECLIPSE awakens the CARDINAL CROSS – the cosmic mandala of the CENTRAL SPIRITUAL SUN

“ The mandala is an archetypal image whose occurrence is attested throughout the ages. It signifies the wholeness of the Self. This circular image represents the wholeness of the psychic ground or, to put it in mythic terms, the divinity incarnate in man.” Jung

Tibetans also call the mandala a ‘celestial palace’ where all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abide to help transform the mundane psyche into sacred unity.  Having a balanced heart-mind makes for an optimum meditation to remain at the centre of holy-ness, made especially demanding during the upcoming Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in harmonious Libra 14/15th  (8:40am BST) at 26 Libra/Aries, is followed in two weeks by the Taurus Solar Eclipse.

☩ Practice staying at centre (of the mandala): hydrate, eat well, sleep well, exercise enough, and set the intention to raise Bodhicitta and get ready to ride the karmic winds of Monday night/Tuesday morning's total eclipse of the Moon, which will be visible across North America. This eclipse is also accompanied by the CARDINAL Cross of The Central Spiritual Sun (and the 5th of 7 Uranus-Pluto squares, plus Jupiter squares both Uranus & Pluto on 20th/21st April), once again accenting our ability to self-motivate and radiate LoveLight from heart-mind and awaken to truth, in any given situation (when having a good intention makes life easier).

Think back to the last set of similar Aries/Libra eclipses, in October ’13, and note changes in being able to a) more easily embrace and access the love-wisdom and b) release negative thought and behavioural patterns, which specifically affect the health and wellbeing of (a certain) relationship. Even if that relationship is only with self and environment, the chances are that you/we are all more aware of the need for heroic individual cooperation and participation when creating stability and equanimity.

Now we are in the dynamic year of the high-minded Wood Horse, whose season is spring, there’s no time like the present to acknowledge the need to fulfil responsibilities and put all positive HorsePower into action.  Though there is galloping sense of urgency with the most virtuous actions, caution is still advised while Mars is retrograde in Libra and conjunct the eclipsed Moon.

☆~☽☩ ~ ☼ ~ ☩☾~☆
This cosmic and incredibly profound Cardinal Cross of the Central Spiritual Sun has, over the past four years, come in and out of orb with varying intensity since 2010 - and will continue to do so for another year. Indeed, we've even had this vibrant Cross of action present in recent eclipses before too, specifically July 1st 2011, which represented an elevation of critical spiritual mass (in which social media surely plays a part) as well as an awareness about difficulties (and their causes).

Though much depends upon how we view and react to current challenges, this set of eclipses now fast approaching will first see the Lunar eclipse on the 14/15th (8:40am BST) where, interestingly, the Solar principle is exalted by the Sun in Aries. This is followed by a Solar eclipse in two weeks, 29th April, when the Lunar principle is exalted with the Moon in Taurus. This is an extraordinary exaltation of both ‘Lights’ within consecutive eclipses. As Sun, Moon and Earth align in such an exalted manner, it provides the perfect opportunity to balance both male & female sides of ourselves, as well as within relationship – through thought-provoking and possibly demanding situations.
The importance of this totally cosmic Cardinal Cross lies in its ability to bring divinity to life, within everyone and everything, raising consciousness so that all can be aware how we co-create with our Universe. When we see the Divine in everything, then everything becomes Divine, sacred and whole. We can call it ascension or awakening, but by the time this time of Cardinal Cross moves on, many more people will have become aware that Spirit is being initiated into a greater understanding of interconnected Oneness.

☆~☽☩ ~ ☼ ~ ☩☾~☆
Astrological key points for this Cardinal Cross of the Central Spiritual Sun reinforce innovative and exciting energies that generate movement and action.: Gathering kindred spirits together is planet Uranus as the instigating agent of change; Jupiter synthesizes with a caring and hopeful overview, and is exalted in Cancer; while communicative Mercury, in assertive Aries, is in the sign of Aries' esoteric rulership, next to Uranus, which is the hierarchical ruler of Aries, this powerful Aries energy urges the Spiritual Warrior towards an altruistic objective an to think clearly. When we add the Sun’s exaltation in Aries to the mix, energizing this Cardinal Grand Cross with the Light of Life's pure Light vibration, Aries therefore becomes the only sign stimulated and strengthened on all levels: orthodox, esoteric and hierarchical. This means active Aries is triple powered. And while the retrograde Mars rules Aries (though now in Libra (and with the Full Moon)), one gets the sense the zodiac’s defender and warrior is being roused with the motivation to be brave and do what is right and fair. This is not to say situations will run smooth, as there will be quakes and flares to heighten any intensity: it is Eclipse Season, after all. But the challenge now is to find new ways to kindle justice and peace, beauty and culture, for all beings to harmonize important relationships, be those with friends, family, authority, or even the relationship we have with ‘self’; for it is only when we embrace what is good and familiarize ourselves with virtuous action can freedom, both personal and collective, flower and bloom.

☼ Sun in Aries opposite Mars in Libra _/♥\_ April 7~8th~9th

Involving Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, the complex Cardinal Cross of the Central Spiritual Sun continues to come to perfection (April 20th) to raise individual and collective consciousness. And only a week away (15th) is a lunar eclipse that heightens the intensity of current celestial dynamism.

The illuminating Sun conjunct radical Uranus in Aries still encourages a sudden awakening to our true Buddha nature: that all is beauty, goodness and love. Even so this combination of planets can also mirror dramatic shifts and change and a disruption of regular flow, in whichever direction. Mindfulness and meditation will soothe frayed nerves, especially while the exalted Aries Sun is being opposed by Aries ruler, dynamic Mars. Mars is retrograde during this opposition (exact April 8th 21:03gmt), raising heat and passion, and also making these optimum nights for seeing the scarlet planet high in the midnight sky.

All this is happening at the same time as the First Quarter Goddess Tara Medicine Buddha Moon in nurturing Cancer. The astral healing focus is upon feeding the soul, finding a balance and actively stabilising energy levels - physical, mental and emotional, as key to pacifying the heart-mind and body during profound moments (of awareness of self in relation to others). Though Mars is in fall in Libra; the Peace Warrior suggests we also raise the all-important cosmic love vibration, which revitalises relationships. Check Mars and the Sun (and other Cardinal signs) in your charts at 18/19 degrees Aries, see if too much stimulation makes it difficult to relax (in partnership), or maybe there’s not enough activity to get agreements/projects off the starting block, with obscuration in various energy fields. In which case patience is duly required, until at least the time of the Cardinal Cross of the Central Spiritual Sun, or when Mars begins to go forward May 20th and knowing what LOVE means makes the heart glow _/♥\_ ☼✶•*♥*•.¸¸✶

International Woman's Day ~> Medicine Buddha Moon _/♥\_ March 8th

The healing quality of this first Quarter Moon in Gemini in square to the Sun in empathetic Pisces centres in the compassionate working of the heart-mind. How we think and process thoughts and ideas can now bring about a certain kind of awareness (of self in relation to the whole). Contributing to the positive quality of ideals, the versatile Gemini Moon is also supported by the GRAND AIR TRINE today, formed with Mars in Libra and Mercury in Aquarius (noting that Mercury is Gemini's natural ruler; and Mars is retrograde, delving into the world of mediation and peaceful balance). This is not necessarily the most practical of moments, but one that encourages change to find a peace of mind within, perhaps even by becoming aware of the suffering of others.
According to Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche "We have to develop tolerance and patience, not for others' sake, but for our own. The main thing at risk here is our own peace. We have no greater priority than to preserve our peace of mind, our joyous, cheerful state of mind."

Air Trines are also great for socialising and being with companions who stimulate the intellect – perfect for entertaining on a Saturday night!

✧ Miracles _/♥\_ ~> March 4th Day 3 *•.¸(*•.¸♥¸.•*´)¸.•*´

On the fifteen days from the Tibetan/Himalayan New Year, with a New Pisces Moon, leading up to Full Moon on the 16th March, we remember how the Buddha performed a miracle each day. Each miracle accumulating more and more merit, culminating on the 15th Full Moon day with the ‘Day of Miracles’, also called known as Chötrul Düchen, or ‘The Great Prayer Festival’, to awaken the Bodhi-mind, the heart-mind.

DAY 3 ~> A warrior laid down his arms and made offerings to the Buddha. After the Buddha had finished eating he rinsed his mouth with water. From the place where the water fell sprang a lake in which multi-coloured lotus flowers bloomed in water so pure that seven kinds of jewels sparkled from the bottom of the vast lake. Those who heard the Buddha’s teachings were blessed with treasured wisdom and clarity as well as a positive rebirth _/♥\_

~ ☆ ~ Astrologically, the sensitive Moon in Aries opposes warrior Mars today. Mars has just begun a 50-day retrograde in Libra, advocating conflict dialogue and mediation are the means to resolve dispute and find (inner) peace. Yet this is also no ordinary opposition, as both planets connect to April 15th's solar eclipse- close to the upcoming Cardinal Cross of the Central Spiritual Sun April 20th (flagging up solar flares); the configuration urges one to never underestimate the will of the individual’s Divine Light to radiate, illuminate, and simplify, even in challenging situations. _/♥\_

✴️ All change! 4 planets change direction for the start of the Wood Horse Year!

Hooray! Mercury, planet of information and communication, goes forward today, 28th February, just in time for Losar, the Tibetan New Year of the Wood Horse. In these past few weeks, Mercury has perhaps even revealed how a bit of distance and reorganisation, coupled with a change of attitude has garnered help to visualise the dream and overcome (emotional) problems. At the same time dynamic Mars stations in the heavens to go retrograde (which is does every two years and two months) and concentrate upon the Libran qualities of peace and love. For the next three months (until May 20th), the challenge for Mars in Libra is to mediate rather than take up arms in any kind of conflict. The Libran Mars (remember Summer 2012) accents that the pen is mightier than the sword, and the need for justice when working with others and forming alliances, especially those which can help conquer feeling helplessness in situations/relationships where we perceive we have no control. The old adage “Two heads may be better than one” may prove rather effective in generating the enthusiasm to create some kind of power/fiscal/emotional balance.

The two personal planets, Mercury & Mars, are not the only ones changing direction: Jupiter, the celestial pantheon’s Grand Duke is also making a second of three hits to squaring Uranus, the planet of change, all-the-while preparing to go forward at 10Cancer, Wednesday the 5th March – only two days after the end of the protector Dön period leading up to Losar (and beyond). So even though things might seem at a standstill for the Year of the Horse, there will undoubtedly be noticeable movement from this date.

Lord of Karma, Saturn, also changes direction to go retrograde on Monday! For almost 5 months, Saturn going backwards in Scorpio will no doubt bring up issues of secrecy and trust.

Any changes we now see/sense/understand are therefore a clarion call to partake in the evolution of humanity in this dynamic year of the Wood Horse during a Cardinal Cross of the Central Spiritual Sun. Those with planets around 9-12 degrees water signs, Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces; and those with planets at 25-29 Air may astutely feel these winds of change blowing in his or her direction and feel compelled to respond and act upon critical collective issues, and bring about positive transformation compassionately, so that each individual can contribute to the greater good of the whole, aiding all beings seen and unseen.

☼ ☽ ¸¸.•*¨*•☆
If you would like to know how these changes of direction constellate your horoscope, I’m giving special rates during the Losar month ~> please contact me for rates.

△ ♒ ☼ △ ♊ ☾ Sun in Aquarius - Moon in Gemini Feb 9th

The most promising aspect in astrology is the ‘trine’, as 120 degrees between heavenly bodies brings out cosmic gifts and talents. When this aspect takes place between the Sun and Moon before Full Moon it highlights the male, yang attributes; thus Tibetans assign this to the most precious Guru (within), Guru Rinpoche – honouring that which seeks rational clarity and wisdom and the ultimate realisation of the ‘Rainbow Body’.

Today we not only see this beautiful aspect activate the blessings of the teacher, as the intellectual and altruistic Aquarian Sun harmonises with the quick-thinking and versatile Moon in Gemini (made all the more astute as Mercury, Gemini’s ruler is retrograde); but the two ‘Lights’ are also connecting the Mars in Libra forming a ‘Grand Air Trine’. Air encourages an interchange of ideas and enjoys companionship. The position of Mars in this Grand Trine kindles an awareness of the lunar eclipse April 15, and is ripe for the Spiritual Warrior to harness the loving qualities of a balanced heart-mind to interact in a positive manner in all relations, in friendship, and in love.

“Ultimately, the real guru is inside ourselves: We are our own guru, we are by ourselves. So it’s up to us to walk the path, always. We are born by ourselves in this body, and we will die by ourselves. There will be nobody who will take care of us afterwards in the sense like holding our hands and carrying us. We have to walk the path by ourselves.”

❉ Pre-Solstice Muse ~> Dec19th 2013

Did you feel a release, or at the very least a tug towards liberation in your heart during and after that full-power center-of-the-galaxy full m00n? So that with a freer Anahata heart-chakra the direction of the heart is clearer ~> ~> towards LOVE.

With dynamic Mars now in Libra for 8 months, peace, love & unity rules in all affairs - as does dialogue and mediation. ☮ Even LOVE Goddess Venus goes retrograde at this Saturday's winter SOLstice, 21st December, when an initiation into self-love begins, and consciousness elevates. In this we have a choice, however, as both Libra and Venus are signs of relationship balance, harmony and decision making. All the while the Solstice Leo Moon will highlight individual power preparing to emerge triumphant, to shine like the Solstice Sun with a return of the New Light King.

Meanwhile, Cancer Moon doubles the emphasis upon home-sweet-home; and a Moon conjunct the cosmic Guru, Jupiter opposite Venus, warns to not go overboard (comfort eating, for example) whilst at the same time appreciating the love, spiritual friends, and good times we already share. ॐ_/♥\_

◯ Galactic Heart ~> The Higher Vibrational Light Source - ☉ ♐ ~ ☼ ~ ♊ ◯

Tonight/Tomorrow’s full Gemini Moon at 9:28GMT spotlights the most brilliant and powerful vortex at the heart of our Galaxy. With the illuminating Sun at 26Sagittarius, the Gemini Moon reflects the high vibrational light of our Sun conjunct the Galactic Centre, opening a super-sensitive portal for the conscious heart-mind to connect to our cosmic core, bathe in its luminosity, and allow it to permeate our being to radiate pure unadulterated cosmic LoveLight.

How one connects with the flow of this Divine Light of Consciousness spiraling through time and space, will very much depend upon what, exactly, we feed our heart-mind, as the focus of this Full Moon is upon wisdom, communication, and truth (relative & ultimate). If we live in constant fear, obsession or jealously, then negativity obscures the real truth of one's light-filled Buddha nature. Whereas nurturing the mind with positive thoughts and intentions means we are more likely to freely generate love, joy, kindness, empathy, compassion, humility and peace.

Bear in mind that both Sun/Galactic Centre and the Moon are in hard aspect to a very active Mars in harmonious Libra (and will continue to be so into 2014); so finding one’s balance during this Full Moon through (and into the New Year’s Eve SuperMoon) a ‘grounding’ meditation will encourage a release of both, past (life) information/habits/thoughts, as well as encourage enlightening visions of the future, which is why it is so important to find joy and bliss in present equanimity. Even if there is conflict with ever-changing direction (of the monkey mind), we can remain in authentic presence by watching the breath to create the equanimous heart-mind, and align with the wisdom mind's higher vibrational light source. _/♥\_

One last note is how Uranus, the awakening planet, is going forward today, after a long retrograde sojourn. Uranus in Aries impels a heightened state of individual awareness within group situations. Look to 8Aries in your horoscope and see where your personal altruistic heroism can be found.

“Nurture your mind with great thoughts; to believe in the heroic makes heroes.” -Benjamin Disraeli

Galactic Full Moon Blessings of LoveLight & Happiness to everyone

♂ Spiritual Warrior brings balance to self & others with Mars in Libra ♂ ♎

The dynamic planet of action, fiery Mars, is now at the very last ‘anaretic’ 29 degree of Virgo, meaning the zodiac’s warrior is about to leave the sign of health, work and routine, and change signs and move into Libra, the sign of the balancing scales. Mars in Libra is considered a tough placement for the martial planet, as Libra is the sign of love, harmony and peace – seeking the line of least resistance, where everyone’s needs get met; whereas competitive Mars generally prefers to build empires or fight trials with gung-ho might and strength. Mars in Libra, however, is in the sign where Love Goddess Venus is at home, and is where the heroic Spiritual Warrior learns to disarm, to mediate and to defend, protect and act in the name of amity, justice and LOVE.

Take note: this is no ordinary passage through Libra, as Mars usually spends just over a month in a sign; but this lesson in learning Love and ahimsa, non-violence at all costs, is no less than 8 months long, as Mars will go retrograde at the beginning of March 2014, as 27 Libra, and go all the way back to 9 Libra on May the 20th, when the scarlet planet turns direct; this planetary dynamo finally leaves Libra July 26th 2014.
Those born in the 50’s may feel the need to passionately defend ideals and dreams; Those both 1968-75 could shield peers and teams with greater enthusiasm; while those born in 1982-83 could well question the balance of power in love and law, without becoming embroiled in psychological or political games.  Ultimately, Mars in Libra is about learning to balance the heart-mind in a gentle and loving manner.

In the words of Sitting Bull, “Warriors are not what you think of as warriors.  The warrior is not someone who fights, because none has the right to take another’s life. The warrior, for us, is one who sacrifices himself for the good of others.

His task is to take care of the elderly, the defenseless, those who cannot provide for themselves, and above all, the children, the future of humanity”

Lammas Full Moon in Aquarius ~ August 2012

A fantastic Lammas full Moon is on the rise to be exact Wednesday night/Thursday morning, 4:27 British Summer Time, at 10 Degrees of Leo and Aquarius, when the light of a confident and radiant Leo Sun is brilliantly reflected by the group-orientated Aquarius Moon.

This dynamic, fun, and positively glorious celestial connection awakens a generous heart and altruistic intention in a lightening fla
sh. Those with Leo and Aquarius planets prominent in the horoscope may be more aware than most how each and every one of us plays a unique and integral part in the continually evolving whole. But all of us could find a comfortable and favourable place within one’s circle of friends that enables connections to kindred spirits to thrive as well as nurture.

This sensitive but potentially objective Full Moon creates emotional bonds that seek to unify through a helpful ‘Grand Air Trine’ (that has an added rare ‘KITE’ formation) with expansive Jupiter in communicative Gemini, and active Mars in harmonious Libra. A Grand Air Trine tends to bring about a pleasant exchange of ideas and friendly relations.

“Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.” ~ His Holiness, 14th Dalai Lama
