Capricorn lunation’s 'Dakini Day', when Spirit Sun makes the last major
aspect in the form of the Sextile to the powerful Scorpio Moon, the
(tantric) path of transform beckons as the means to liberation. When
the waning Scorpio Dakini Moon conjuncts weighty but beauitful Saturn,
planet of responsibility and discipline, this direction’s challenges are
real and solid (relatively speaking ;) ). Confronting long-held fears can now bring certain karma to an end.
Whether the karma ripening now is from this life’s causes and conditions
may remain to be seen; there are many celestial factors currently at
play which accent the realisation of the results of dedicated
perseverance. Indeed, spiritual accomplishment can take many lifetimes.
And as TimeLord Saturn in Sagittarius currently has the last say in
present aspects - by way of planetary disposition - there’s reason to be
optimistic about any work being achieved right now. Astral tip: The
broader the view, the stronger and more meaningful the attainment.

12th/13th January __/\__Tara
Moon ~> The Capricorn lunation’s last quarter healing Moon in Libra
calls upon Tara, the beautiful Goddess of Compassion, as the Envoy of
Peace, to save us from being overwhelmed by fear, anxiety, or other
earthly concerns. Secure in the support of the Divine Feminine (within),
now is the time to seek a calm place of rest (before the next new moon
January 20th), somewhere to reflect, feed the soul, and absorb the
inherent fractal beauty of creation.
This last quarter Moon is also conjunct the destiny-fulfilling North
Node, where a fair and just future currently beckons. Thus the astral
message is to follow your heart: Do whatever makes you feel love,
balanced and in harmony with the world. In the nicest possible way, let
go of all that which prevents spiritual practice, all the while mindful
of how karma multiplies. Any judgment should be directed towards
forgiveness, to free the heart-mind and allow the healing LoveLight to
shine in all ten directions.

Events/thoughts/words can now trigger radical changes in direction
towards beauty and enthusiasm, liberation and transformation. As the
perihelion Sun (closest the Earth) shines upon the full and emotionally
double-intense Cancer Moon at the nodal bends (@4:53GMT Jan5th), ‘The
Lights’ spark into action the powerful ‘Cardinal Cross of the Central
Spiritual Sun’. This dynamic ‘Grand Square’ (13-14 degrees Capricorn,
Aries, Cancer Libra) accents Risen Divinity and the sacred union of
wisdom and compassion, in action and loving kindness.
Tonight’s Full Moon Grand Cross is dominated by all things Lunar. It is
therefore the powerful Mother Goddess archetype (who resides within)
providing crystal clarity, universal connection and protection, calling
each and every one of us at the very start of this New Year to raise the
cosmic love vibration and cultivate a limitless heart, aspiring to take
care of all beings and our environment, as a Spiritual Mother would
look after her child.
Happy New Year & Full Moon Blessings to all ॐ

Celebrating the wisdom of the Lama as 2014 draws to a close. In the
Tibetan Buddhist tradition, the moon phase five days before a full moon,
the Gibbous Moon, is a monthly feast day in honour of our Teacher (Guru
or Lama, historical or modern, friend, foe or loved one), who shows us
how to live in love, with compassion. With the moon not yet full
(Jan4th), Luna’s light is still
reflective and bright; and this is considered the monthly optimum
expression of joyful and luminous ‘yang’ energy. Both Sun and Moon are
always in the same element for Guru Rinpoche day. In today’s case, the
initiating Capricorn Sun and an exalted Taurus Moon accent the
stabilising Earth element, helping to manifest in the ‘real’ world. A
practical Moon in the sign of the Bull moderates Capricorn’s austere
ambition, bringing out the SeaGoat Sun’s more spiritual qualities, such
as maintaining the stamina and strength to accept personal
responsibility and to welcome with an open heart the unerring discipline
and practice needed to master skills - talents which are so often
wasted without value or encouragement. Now ‘The Lights’ emphasis the
wisdom of the (inner) Guru, it bodes well for our intentions, visioning,
affirmations and resolutions to materialise for the coming year, 2015.
Happy New Year All!

Shortest
day and longest night is fast approaching. At the same time the Moon
cycle is coming to a close, compounding long shadow days and the need to
allow subconscious thoughts, feelings and dreams to bubble up to the
surface before being filtered by the light of consciousness.
Until the Winter Solstice (21st Dec 23:03GMT ), swiftly followed by the New Capricorn
Moon (22nd Dec 001:25gmt ) - with both markers occurring around
midnight Universal Time, this closing part of the year is also one of
the year’s darkest periods. Before solar standstill, and like the
animals hibernating, it is now time to relax (as best one can in the
often hectic pre-xmas whirl). During these next few days the receptive
and feminine Yin chi flows deeply and strong (in the northern
hemisphere). Within this dark space the urge to turn inwards, in order
to recoup and revive, is an innate part of our natural cycle. It is also
a time of major personal initiation into our own internal light,
teaching to kindle the light which resides in our heart. Soul and Spirit
illuminating faith and trust, hope and compassion, qualities for the
SOLstice blessings to take forward into the New Year – and beyond.

15th December ~> Last Quarter Virgo Moon square Sagittarius Sun
☼ ☾ With today’s lunar emphasis upon the healing qualities of the Divine Feminine, honouring the Great Mother liberator can free us from fear and protect from suffering. All the while, the generous Sagittarian Sun inspires one to remain confident and optimistic, to know that rainbows and miracles do happen, and to encourage an open mind as the means to a kind and open heart.
♅⚥ ♇ Tomorrow, the 16th, sees the 6th of 7 exact squares between generational planets Uranus and Pluto, accenting a particularly long struggle for freedom within this powerful period of collective transformation. This configuration which began 2012, demands the kind of change where altruism and lucidity can flourish, where all beings are nurtured with an awareness of their authentic presence.
The Sacred Goddess (within) protects from having the wrong view during challenging times, helping to retain a balanced mind that frees from harmful negative emotions. And as we turn towards Solstice with a New Capricorn Moon on the 22nd, when the New Light King is born (in the Northern Hemisphere), it is the unconditional love of the glorious Goddess who prepares to act and tender compassionate healing, even in our darkest hours. So follow Tara's lead and take care of yourself and others as a mother would a child, and enjoy the blessings from the great Goddess.

While her left leg is folded in the contemplative position, her right leg is outstretched, ready to spring into action. Green Tara’s left hand is in the refuge-granting mudra (gesture); her right hand makes the boon-granting [giving] gesture. In her hands she also holds closed blue lotuses (utpalas), which symbolize purity and power.”

The Full Moon is rising in Gemini, opposite Sagittarian Sun - with the
sign of the Archer aiming directly at the Great Attractor, the centre of
our home Galactic supercluster, called Laniakea ‘Immeasurable Heaven’.
This rare celestial alignment (every 19 years)
suggests one takes aim for the next couple of days and hold focus upon
the great convergence of truth, love, and our innate, light-radiating
wisdom. Because the Sagittarian ruler who encourages one to see the
bigger picture with greater clarity, the great Cosmic Guru, Jupiter, is
now stationed to go retrograde immediately after the Full Moon (on
Monday the 8th); and cautious Saturn is about to change signs from
Scorpio into Jupiter’s sign, Sagittarius (on Xmas Eve), when the Lord of
Karma gives lessons in fidelity and freedom; it suggests that now is
not the time to move rashly, but to focus upon what pleases, and to turn
one’s wisdom eye towards the rejuvenating healing power of light,
compassion and love. Even if prepared to relinquish attachment and
desire and renounce all: goal, aim and object, only a super-realised
super-heroic spiritual warrior with nothing to lose, but perhaps heart
and soul, would now leap into the unknown without taking time to now
relish the immense infinite joy of life’s great multi-dimensional
interconnected adventure.
Warning: Be careful what you
concentrate upon during this Full Moon: it might just show you how
loving kindness actually works for the benefit of all
